Welcome to the Enclave
The Enclave is a family friendly neighborhood with a pool, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, and is only a few hundred feet from the Palmetto Island County Park.
The Enclave is located in Middle Mount Pleasant with easy access to the beaches and is only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston! The Enclave is also zoned for the new Lucy Beckham High School.
Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations
The Board approved the Enclave Rules and Regulations document in 2020. The new document consolidates and updates legacy documents in an easy to read and searchable format that provides the best source of information for the Enclave!
